One word - Insomnia!

I discovered a powdered form of magnesium that I started to take and noticed not only did I sleep better, but I was also having very vivid dreams. During one of these nights, I had a dream that I should start painting.

So, I began the journey of fluid art painting. I find it relaxing and have become obsessed playing with colors. It has become a source of therapy, creative inspiration and just calming my overly active nervous system. 

​

My paintings consist of mixed mediums, mostly acrylic pouring but with alcohol, water, oil, and different techniques. I have found the ability to transform into somebody that just adores playing with colors. I am compelled to paint.
